Can we stop global warming?

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 3:57 pm and

We can not just stop global warming jus like pressing a button on the tv remote it takes thousands of years and even that wont make it stop but we can take part in trying to stop it. You could start by walking to school or something like that twice or even once a week it can make your health better and stop global warming. (it’s your choice how many times you walk or whatever) After you do that you could comment on this post to show people how youv’e done and if i take a while to approve of it maybe it is because you ma have used some inapropriate language or i haven’t been on in a while. But back to the subject as you know it wont stop extremely fast and it will take years but every little bit will help so much!

Are we doing this?

We are partly helping in the problem of global warming because of all the petrol and pollution we are making and using (check this edublog to find out more about it) of course we dont notice because we are so used to it and we have adjusted to all the fumes and smells that we are using without noticing or we may notice but we do not relise what it is causeing and how it affects us and the rest of the world.

Imagine all the polar bears and penguins suffering because of what we have done to cause global warming. We haven’t realised this because we practically live on another planet. Here is a picture.http://www.blog.thesietch.org/wp-content/uploads/2007/05/globwarm_ttl.jpg

What Is Global Warming?

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 1:16 am and

On average the whole world is getting warmer. In the last thirty years or so this is how much the temperature has gone up because of global warming.

Global mean surface temperature anomaly relative to 1961–1990

It may be ONLY going up half a degree in every thirty years but we can already see the affects on our world. It may not affect you in your lifetime but what about your grandchildren and theirs to come what will happen to them.
